Hi! I am a French chef mad about kitchen sciences that I try to incorporate into the day to day cooking in my kitchen here in Ireland. I have started a blog a while back about food sciences and food and cooking in general to try to share my approche on food sciences and how it can help answering questions on why the recipe didn't work, question on dietetics and people with special dietary needs.
