I love cooking, and this site is brilliant in that it takes recipes that are normally very complex and reduce them to a simple to understand form.
This is a cooking site for people who want tasty food on the table, not reading recipes for hours first.
My suggestion would be to add the Main ingredients as categories, So you have a quick list.
Also move your navigation up on the right hand side, it is easier to use if its at the top.
