I used Alli, worked well at first, I kept to my diet of eating well and excising,(Still Am) however, I stopped taking Alli because it stopped working for me, I read and followed instructions to the "T", I have now "GAINED" all of my weight back(again I still eat right and excise)I paid lots of money buying Alli, and not to mention when a coupon became availble I was never able to download due to the limit of coupons where already given - It took me a year to lose the weight and 1 month to gain it all back - so NO ALLI IS NOT A GOOD DIET PLAN - it's costly and good for that time you are losing the weight -
