My Life My Soul is a healing and empowering domestic abuse program of the Church of the Resurrection in New York. In an attempt to help survivors nationwide, My Life My Soul has taken the core principles of the physical face-to-face support group and is now hosting a radio show with over 1200 listeners, both men and women!
My Life My Soul Talk Radio is based on open discussions on how domestic abuse affects all of our lives as survivors; exploring issues not openly talked about that we face after leaving our abusers; eliminating isolation; exploring individual self-image and reinforcing self-confidence. This is a very unique radio show in that it is the only one of its kind solely dedicated to issues surrounding domestic violence and abuse and ways to heal from it.
