This blog is step 2. Step 1 is buying pots and pans ;)
PRandgreat range of recipes and in "general" all healthy. looking for "skinny" = fat-free if possible. substitute oil/salt for butter. substitute yogurt for cream, whole milk. some fats are ok = the omega-3s, for example.
my pet site lists skinny recipes only. my pet eats skinny too.

KarinForeign foods grow in popularity. Thanks to our immigrants Swedish food now is multicultural. At supermarket you can see Swedish people buying Tex-Mex tacos, sushi kits, Thai food... The traditional Swedish food, the stuff that generations of Swedes grew up on, is no longer a sacred cow.
