My Right Brain is a visual journal updated at least once a day targeting readers (with a sense of humor and curiosity) who are looking for creative inspiration, DIY/craft projects, unique interior design finds, art/artists, and internet surprises.
WEBSITE BIO:
I am a craft person and I created this site because MY RIGHT BRAIN needed the exercise (among other things - sigh).
I love making things, and can sit for hours and hours simply absorbed in the process.
I spend too much money too often in bead stores, and days working on a piece.
I read magazines, rip out images I like, double stick tape them into my notebook and make page after page of collages (I have many notebooks all of which have an inch of dust on the cover).
I adore photography and drag my camera with me everywhere.
I love hand made cards and books, and wish I was a better illustrator so the ones I made were actually pretty.
I have a love for stationary stores, and an even more bizarre affection for office supply stores (I have crushes on pens, but admit it - so do you).
I used to always have some type of project going, but now I just go through phases in between working long days at the office and spending time with family and friends. MY RIGHT BRAIN needed an awakening and I am already excited to explore.
