  working from home so went out for 1hr30 on my dribble. Lovely day and very cold, icy in patches. Broken rear locknut on my fixed...hence going out on gears....strange break as the nuts in compression...1hr 30min...

  2hrs steady in the cold wind and rain...prebreakfast...try and get my body used to tapping into the fat...felt good...feet frozen by the end...

  1hr night ride on fixed...lights failed!...moonlit night so could find my way around...stuck to the pavements when i got back in town...
