How can I "rate" someone's spiritual path? Only that it is fantastic that they have one. Bless you for sharing. Would like to know more about how these teachings have affected you. How you have made them your own. And that is a very private matter, I know.

its good. but there are also other great yogi's ( and books on them) like that of swami rama , the first yogi from india to submit himself to western scientists for verification. He actually proved under lab conditions with ECG,EKG machines hooked up that its possible to stop the human heart.
