I am blogging my 12 week Body-for-LIFE challenge as a vegetarian. I will post my workouts, menus and motivational plans. I hope to help others going through the same thing I am. I will post about doing Body-for-LIFE as a vegetarian and what some of the challenges are. My goals are to loose 30 lbs of fat, gain around 20 lbs of muscle, to be more positive and have more energy.
