Hello to Wards and Restored.
Guardianships hurt anyone who gets near them,take every $$
you had and spend it on mostly needless surety bonds and absurd lawyer fees for doing basically nothing to better the problems the ward faces usually alone. Yes, lawyers wave legel documents and your assets disappear, along with your cash, mail and rights. You are on your own. Minus your income or anything of value you used to own. That this goes on in courtrooms all over every day seems to bother no one.
Criminals are in control and innocent disabled people are
pushed aside,ignored and ripped off to put it mildly. I lost 2yrs, 50K in legal, my daughter and grandchildren,was
lucky i didn't lose my home, while all concerned told me, with a straight face they were simply helping me. I know
who was helped and who wasn't.

guardianships spell disaster for any cash, equity in you house, or a civil relationship with the guardian, who may have been a trusted family member.
As i waited for some of my cash to get to me, i began to watch as best i could what was spent on what.
Paying a lawyer $50 to tell me they couldnt afford to give me any extra to live on. cost for 10 mins of his time.
the mortgage company and i used to own my little house,
now there half-dozen liens from lawyers. So,I am allowed
to live there as long as i pay the rent.
It is the biggest rip-off and there isn't an angle they
don't think of to bill about. is it fraud or theft?
what's the difference? yours is now theirs.
my daughter had no thoughts on the subject.
guess i'll see the others in court sometime.
