I am certainly a supporter of legalizing weed, but for, however, different reasons. I don't think it is important that adults can get high when they want. That is not a right.
No, the main reason marijuana should be legalized is so our jails (45% filled with perps of nonviolent drug crimes) can be emptied of all those people who do not deserve to be in jail with murderers, rapists, and crack dealers.
