A blog that considers how it helps to have a sense of humor while exploring life. Oh, and how important it is to take care of ourselves physically and emotionally. Don't forget that.

This is a newly discovered blog for me but I am really enjoying Marie's outlook on life. While she recounts some sad and unhappy events from her life she also relects on them with humour that makes me laugh out loud. Her personality shines through even in her darkest moments. "Nourish" is an aptly named title for this blog.

Marie I love your blog and thank you for sharing your journey with us. You will be so glad for taking this step and being healthy. I loved the post about the dog, my 18 year old dog passed 3 weeks ago so I do know the power of animals in our life. Great blog and I will visit again. Robin

Marie,

I so enjoyed reading your blog and your journey! You are doing a great job. I can identify with your off and on the wagon lament! When I choose to eat non-healthy, non-nutritious food, my husband teases that he's gonna report me to my readers who are reading my blog for nutritional encouragement! But the best encouragement for any of us is just to be real...and that you are. Keep it up!
Merry
