Handing over of net-work of HFO/Gas pipeline from Ministry of Energy to Kuwait oil Company.(Al Bahar Jaccorossi maintenance contractor).

Haz Id, Hazop, Risk assessment, Audit, Inspection, Pipeline safety in UT,RT,PRESSURE TEST, CATHODIC PROTECTION, HYDROTEST etc. Sleeves cladding, mixing of bonds.

Its pipeline project. For rehabilitation HAZOP/QRA studied. Based on pigging data, refurbishing the fuel lines. Recommending to use Clock-spring application ASME B31 G. PII carried out Intelligent pigging to evaluate the corrosion. Cut- out (ISOPLUS pipe) as per AWS/ASME standard. Coatings as per SSPC/ Clock spring standard. Monitoring welding/coating as per AWS/SSPC , Particularly, surface preparation by blasting, application of adhesives and fillers. Ensuring VOC limits in hazard classified areas. QRA made using CIRRUS. Ensuring testing and inspection as per procedure. Knowledge on use of QRA software such as CHARM, ALOHA, HAZOP+2 etc.

12/ 30/ 24 inch new valve installations. Valve maintenance routine safety including hydro-testing. Cleaning, Wire, Poly urethene pigging safety & coupler installation.
