sueDO NOT play at bingomania.com or bingomania.co.uk I joined the first site a while back and when they started the uk version I joined that as they state it is for UK players only and no players allowed from the USA site. I happen to get lucky on a slot game and got 5 wilds to the tune of £6000. I put in a withdrawal request and have since been told my account is closed as I have multiple accounts and that is against the rules. I have just one account with them as I tried to explain the other was with the usa site but they said I do not get the winnings and now they ignore my emails. They are based in Malta but with a Toronto based postal address. Dont know what if anything I can do to get my money.

Daniela MancoI have a problem. My nanny used my card for online gambling for which I did not give her permission to do so. Well, I contacted a rep from Lions Casino(My bank gave me the number) So i figured I'll call and get some help. Guess not!!! They were rude and just repeating the same story over over again... She wagered and now I'm stuck with the problem. Please help how can I get my money back when I did not use the website.. Any advice will help.
RikkiI made a deposit of £35, i got £52 bonus and i began betting. I was very fortunate enough to not loose my money and i got my balance up to £150+ I tried to withdraw this but realised i would loose my bonus but that was perfectly understandable. I tried withdrawing £100 but it was declined and was told i had to play 35x52 of bets so i was looking at almost £2000 to even get a £0.01 back. I got an operator to reset my account so i could withdraw my £35 deposit and cancel my account but i was advised i need to send bank documents. Still ongoing but this is surely not good business and a total scam. PLEASE AVOID WILLIAM HILL CASINO!!!!!!!!!
bOBI've played recently at William Hill Casino. On the european roulette specifically. I have done my own observation on the so called randomness of this game. Ive noticed that if u consistently bet black, u can sometimes get entire spins of reds, my longest run like this has been 15, and vice versa betting on red. If you then change your strategy to betting alternately black and red, the spins coincidently now become opposite red and black alternating. Their program even helps by having the screen on the side to show the last 20 spins. Its all very suspicious and I lost money before I noticed this criminal behaviour. Their game is rigged as it is not random but definitely affected by my betting
slot bonusThis is a great blog that will help any online gambler avoid the pitfalls of the online casino world. many online casinos offer bonuses that will never result in a payout to the player, so this is a very informative and useful blog. Great work!
PlayerAll I can say is AVOID Sun Palace Casino....
I deposited $150, and they applied a bonus of $137.....
I got the account upto just over $600 so at that point went to withdraw my original stake.... It appeared to go through until I got an email....
Email stated I needed to wager 80 x my original deposit Plus 80 x my bonus before I could make any withdrawl... The maths means I need to wager $23,000 before I can even get back my original $150 deposit.
I've heard of casino's having wagering requirements to be met prior to cashing out the free bonus but not the actual deposit, as I was $600+ balance they are entitled to withold the bonus (and maybe even winnings) but not original stake...
Word to the wise AVOID this Casino at all costs....

Holli Gibson1/31/09 i won $500 at Silver Oak Casino with the free $50 promotion, They were issuing me a check. Then on 2/3/09 I saw another free $15 promotion on their website, I applied the code and won another $613.85.
I went to log into my account and it said to contact customer service.
I called or customer service, the man i spoke with was very helpful. he said that the casino was holding my money until i made a deposit.... then i would get ALL of the money i had won!!!!!! I said that i would make a deposit, no problem!!!! But i needed my account reopened to do so. He then said to email payouts@silveroakcasino.com and they would reopen my account so i could make a deposit and COLLECT MY WINNINGS!!!!
I did as he instructed to get the following response:
This is Mike K with Silver Oak Casino. When you are ready to deposit your account will be opened as far as the 500 it was removed please take a look at the casino rules one chip is allowed befor or between deposits.
I replied:
so does that mean i only get one of my withdrawls? That I stated in my original email? How much do I need to deposit to get my winnings?
The casino replied:
This is Mike K with Silver Oak Casino. The money was voided and removed from the account for not following casino rules.
I replied:
What does that mean????
And I am not getting ANY of the $1113.85 that I WON????
He (mike k) never answered ANY of my questions!!!
Is your casino a SCAM???
I have NO problem reporting you to the Better Business Bureau if I have to!!!
If your casino doesn't handle this matter accordingly!!!!
I didnt know i couldn't use the 2nd bonus AFTER I won the 1st bonus and was waiting for my $500.00.
Why didnt your cashier deny the coupon???????????????????
The casino replied:
This is Mike K with Silver Oak Casino. YOUR ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED BECAUSE YOU VIOLATED THE CASINO RULES. PLEASE TAKE A FEW MINUTES AND READ THE RULES ON THE WEB PAGE. THE MONEY IS NOT BEING HELD, IT WAS REMOVED BECAUSE OF THE VIOLATION OF THE RULES. THIS IS THE THIRD EMAIL I HAVE SENT YOU EXPLAINING THE SAME ISSUE. YOU MUST READ AND FOLLOW THE RULES ON THE SITE.
I replied:
