The blogger says this of his blog: "This blog is about my meditation, self therapy and thoughts on what I think is important. It overlaps my daily experiences too. All thoughts and ideas of your own meditation, exercise, prayer are welcome.I am always receptive to new perspectives."
I have been visiting this blog and reading the posts for some time now, although I rarely comment. I like the way the blogger has established static pages for meditation videos and breathing exercises. Both are very familiar to me. And when I do visit I am struck by the openness and genuine exploration of the aspects of the self that the blogger shares with his readers. I was particularly taken by the self honest contents of the post titled: Apologies and other hang ups. When we apologize we indeed ought to be careful not yo project our expectations for forgiveness onto those we apologize to. The most important aspects are the intention and the communication of the apology. They are, in essence, all that we own.
