The way of Zen is a discipline that I practice in my everday affairs to both recognise and resolve personal and spiritual karma. I created this blog, to share with others my progress so anyone who comes accross it can decide if Zen is path they would like to take.

Dave LaffertyAlthough I disagree with many aspects of Zen from a theological viewpoint, I think it has a lot to offer in the area of simplifying and decluttering our lives. Nicely done.
