I have been unable to get on your website since Wednesday Oct. 29. It says currently unavailable for important maintenance. This happened one other time when it was off for five days. How come this happens? My friend Ally3379 has been able to get on all along. I don't understand how come I cannot get on. Thank you for any advice I can get.
