Manfred
To the management of Prima Duta Condo,
My name is Manfred (it could be new tenant) and today I with my agent to view one of the unit at Prima Duta condominium but unfortunate the security impose on the entrance are very unacceptable. I am not sure whether the management did seek advice from legal department, nor police or home minister to impose the MyCard scanning (using the devices) before entering the Condo units. As you aware when you scanning thru Mycard all the necessary information will be recorded as like name, ic, address, passport number, license number and those security number.
As in the management notice board, circulation says the only information will be capture thru Mycard is Name, address, and IC. But I am not sure whether the management or all tenants are aware that the system you are using is customize application which when you scanning the Mycard all the information will capture and save into one of the temporary system file and this information can lead to reproduce and create a criminal activity.
Base on the house rule of Malaysia they only needed is provide the license and the security guard will capture all the information and not for Mycard but I am not sure why the Prima Duta management are not aware this? Are you one of the people who wanted stealth and sell all the visitor information to third parties for doing the criminal?
Moreover, as mention on the notice this will help speeding the registration but I do not think so, thus this will lead the argument and the process of recording will take more time then by manually records.
I will wrote to news paper the star and home minister to clarify the issue taken by Management of Prima Duta and mean time I will make the police records to protect my information taken by Prima Duta management.
Disappointed (visitor and further tenants)

Dear Manfred,
The system PDC management uses is VMS. Please find the details at this site http://www.elwyess.com.my/index.php/elwyess/vms_pdf
Thank you.
