random vintage finds

http://randomvintagefinds.blogspot.com

I just LOVE a good estate/garage sale. I go as often as I can. Living in Minnesota, there is about a 4 month window for these sales. I love to reuse things from the past because they are made so much better than things today, and they are much more interesting. I am particularly fond of items from the 1950's. These finds already have a story to tell, and I think it is amazing to walk into someone's life and see what crafts they worked on and what items they collected.

This blog will showcase finds (gems that I discover at thrift stores or garage sales), give creative ideas for uses for the finds and just have fun.

I will also post scrapbooking ideas and fun art!
