VeeraCan you let know of areas in Pune which are good for investment purpose and teh reasons for the same. Pune has seen lot of construction activity but many of their projects are not great in terms of quality of construction. Pl include some details on these as well.

It is important construction industry promotes the use of fly ash, ggbs in concrete. These are polluting industrial wastes.
