I believe that common sense should dictate in today's marketplace -- Zero Dollars is still Zero Dollars -- If you DON'T SELL, then the result will be Zero Dollars -- It is better to do as much as possible in order to assure that the sale succeeds -- Anything is better than Zero Dollars -- It is preferable to make the sale for LESS DOLLARS, than to settle for ZERO DOLLARS.
