Recados Filipinos

Recados Filipinos

http://recadosfilipinos.blogspot.com

In my mind I always wonder what's for dinner.

I cook on my free time. And if I don't have time, I make the time.

Going to groceries after work and cooking something up for dinner is my therapy. Sometimes I consider it deliverance.

I have had no formal training, I just like the feeling of sitting in a kitchen smelling the entire process of transforming a multitude of fresh ingredients into one harmonious dish.

Apparently the idiom, too many cooks spoil the broth, is true. In this case there were just two. I was supposed to cook Chicken Afritada and went through the motions of preparing everything. I was nearly done, and was just simmering the pot when I de...
