Rheo H. Blair: The Book
http://rheohblair.blogspot.com/
A research blog for my forthcoming biography on Hollywood "nutritionist to the stars" Rheo H. Blair. Subject matter includes information specifically relevant to his work and, more broadly, current news and information on aspects of his nutritional philosophy. This includes but is not limited to nutrient dense foods, organic, grass fed animal proteins, healthy fats, supplements, and the other important aspects of his program such as sleep, moderate exercise and the importance of enhanced blood circulation. As such the reader will find much information he/she can use in their daily lives.
