The Arm Drag is a ridiculously simple move, so simple that I don't even like thinking of it as a technique in itself! To perform it, you just need to grab, pull and guide your opponent's leading/attacking arm (yes, with more finesse than I've describ...

  • Thoughts on Ki

The Ki/Chi debate is all over online messages boards. Personally, I've never bothered to comment on any but I do very much enjoy reading the arguments from both parties (believers and non-believers). The debates do tend to get unnecessarily heated ...

Nice blog, even better if it was content I was interested in. Pretty basic design, doesn't really appeal to me. You might consider making your page a little more lively. Right now it's just words on a page. You want to draw your readers in and keep their attention. Also on the right had side bar, there are 3 lines, that seem out of place. They look like unused items. Might want to clean that up a bit too.

Keep up the good work

As someone who used to participate in Martial Art myself, your post - MMA's Contribution to Martial Arts - hit home : ) I hated the school I went to, in which they only trained for competition and not teaching the students lessons
