Clearly this guy is a false prophet I could see that quite clearly from his ebook, and he is definitely not one of the two witnesses the bible talks of. If you actually do read the Bible two people were taken to Heaven by God before they died that's Enoch and Elisha it seems more likely that they are the two witnesses spoken of in the book of Revelation. Second would be that God who is so precise in everything that He does that if look at Daniel's prophecies then John's in Revelation there is a precise timeline that God has put into place and if He was to share that with anyone He would tell them precisely. This is why God tell us to be on the look out for false prophets cause there will be plenty of them.
On top of that a whole lot of his theology is way off and I really don't have the time to in segments rip apart R.W's books this would take pages. Keep your eyes open measure it against the Holy Word of God( Jesus) who is Ultimate Truth and the written Word of God which is Ultimate Truth, then you will see that R.W's prophesies come up well short.
Instead of being caught up in the day or the hour how about living everyday as though you may be raptured today, starting today so you won't be deceived or deceive others into waiting for the hour before His return to give over your/their life to Christ and finding out it's to late. That's the danger to many if they were to discover the day or the hour remain in their sin until the last moment then repent their right before Christ's return.
