Hi John,

SketchUP screen refresh rate will get lower as the model poly count grows and specifically if you use textures in your model. The main element you need to check is what video card do you use? and if hardware acceleration is enabled in the preferences tab, so that you do take advantage of that card fully.

( By the way, I too had to vote... and it is my site, I couldn't give it less then 5 :-) )

Cheers

I don't understand why i should make a rating... I still don't know you. Anyway, I have a question for you. Why is it that if i import a 3d card and people from warehouse, the sketchup is too slow to work with. Is there any remedy so that i can work with the sketchup as if it is without any 3d cars and people in a normal speed of the computer. Thanks i will just wait for your answer and comment.
