so glad I stumbled across this blog....I am a new runner (first 5k in 2007) and just finished the Long Beach Half...I was diagnosed with MS 9 years ago...still unsure about how I should set my expectations of my runs against 'healthy' friends. Thanks for sharing. Jennifer
