My wife and I bought a Ford Edge from Rusty Eck of Omaha and were told the vehichle was 4wd. Now I know buyer beware should have been our motto, but we trusted them only to find out when getting insurance that the car was in fact just front wheel drive. We tried for 2 days to speak to someone on the phone, but our calls were not returned. We did get a responce from them when we showed up at the dealership. We were given 3 options get a 4wd and pay the differance, take the car we had witha $1000.00 credit, or cancel the deal and get our trade in back. We chose to cancel the deal.
We signed a paper stating the fact. Considering our ordeal with them to this point, it should not have surprised us when we recived a bill from Ford for a car that we do not even own. Tried calling them and got the same voice mail hell with no returned calls. Spoke to some after a week of unaswered phone calls, and we were told that it would be taken care of.
My wife and i did not buy it this time and we have called Ford twice a week seeing if the loan has been cancled. Understand Ford credit has explained to us this type of thing happens all of the time and all the dealer has to do is call or fillout a form online to correct the issue. Neither have been done to this date. Today we recieved our second invoice for a car we do not own. We now have to get our lawyer to write a stern letter. Hopefully this will end the saga. So moral of the story.. be carefull of these folks you might get more than you bargined for.

I like the new 2009 Ford Focus. The most attractive at this car is the price $20.000. Read more about that in one complete review on topspeeed.com
