Gil, the candles don't burn therefore they aren't toxic. Since the warmers only "warm" the wax to release the scent, there are no toxic fumes being released.

isn't the wax still a paraffin based wax? paraffin is a byproduct of petroleum, so i'm wondering how you can claim that the "candle" is a clean burn. any warming paraffin will release toxins into the air.

Scentsy wax isn't heated hot enough to release any toxins into the air. The wax never gets above 104 degrees, so the wax will never burn anyone or release any toxins into the air.
