Up on Capitol Hill in Washington DC, the choice is endurance or extinction. Skeeze Whitlow is a survivor. He persists at the bottom of the Federal food chain as a parking lot attendant at the U.S. Senate building. While keeping a close eye on the luxury rides of America’s movers-and-shakers, Skeeze realizes that the whole Hill is a thieves market. He quickly learns that by exploiting their “ravenous libido” and “quest for greatness” he can make good on an effort to become somebody.
