Hello Seena,
I am extremely impressed by your recipes. I am from north malabar and living in USA for 30 years. How do I get in touch with you. There has no malabar cook book specializing Moplah cuisine since Ummi Abdulla wrote one in early 70s and published by orient Longmans where her husband use to work. I wish somebody like you write one with modern technology and color photos.
