I was cheated by Singapore Hotel Oxford during the F1 race. I have complained to tourism board also. I would like to know if anyone of you had same experiences with any other hotel. They over charged us by saying they were full. however there was only 40% occupancy. We were 2 of us and they charged us for 3. Didnt give us cancellation charge for third person who did not turn up.
