MartinI have been waiting to see someone complain about this event - so let me be first. The sound at the Bay Stand wasn't working until the last 10 minutes and the TV screens missed most of the action) which wasn't helped by the lack of sound. And the queues for the drinks were hundreds long - why not go round selling food and drinks like at football matches? Luckily there were a few crashes to pack the cars together to make it interesting...I was told F1 is a TV sport and after blowing $400 I'd have to agree. I watched it at home the next day - MUCH better!!

I was cheated by Singapore Hotel Oxford during the F1 race. I have complained to tourism board also. I would like to know if anyone of you had same experiences with any other hotel. They over charged us by saying they were full. however there was only 40% occupancy. We were 2 of us and they charged us for 3. Didnt give us cancellation charge for third person who did not turn up.
