SandmanThe increasing problem with apparent sleep disorders is that in most cases it is NOT actually a disorder which requires the person be medicated! A large quantity of independant surveys establish that the the majority of patients are simply not absorbing any nutrition into their diet & are not practicing relaxation techniques & excercise!
