"What is Happyness"
Happiness can occur at any given moment and in most situations. Sometimes it only lasts a few seconds and sometimes for days. The high point of happiness is a measurement to let you know you have a rebound spot to reach, when you're in the dumps, feeling blue or sad. If you didn't know happiness you would not understand the depths of sadness. They actually are like a see-saw and go hand in hand. Fleeting glimpses of happiness throughout the day help us balance out what we are feeling and the realities of our day to day living experience.

I have been to your blog before and loved what I read then, your write so eloquently, your words paint paint pictures in my head of what " I think" you are trying to get across, and even better still you write what you feel at the time, not worried how it comes across. loved your blog and tried several times to leave a comment but WP sucks with login in, commenting and when you press submit it gave me several times that they were updating their server... So, unless you have your own domain and use it on it - it's impossible to get the comment numbers that you would have otherwise gotten. And Blogger sucks even more
