I started my blog back in April of 2008 to have a place where people can go to make great food that will help people lose weight. All the recipes I post are made to make you feel totally satisfied without feeling like you are being deprived. I also post food finds, weight loss tips, review new products, host give a ways and take any questions about weight loss or nutrition, or making a dish you make healthier. I am in the process of becoming certified as a nutrition and wellness consultant so that I can help more people while on my own journey. Thanks for stopping by!
