You're so right about learning and how it keeps the mind fresh.
As an LD (and ADHD as well.) adult in my 50s I found I was losing the ability to retrieve words about 20 years ago in simple every day conversations, but the more I read and the more challenging the material the better I did at retrieval. I'm taking classes again as well as writing articles weekly and totally loving it!

I love to write, but can seldom pull off a humorous situation with all its little nuances like you did in the Canada Day Reflections. This was really a great read and I so enjoyed it.

The blogger's well written and engaging posts are aimed at sharing "how living a creative life can help us embrace and celebrate all parts of the life journey, not just the young and skinny part. ...
