All good points. When I was A ceo of Attacco my top producers were always women. It was only their committment to family, once they married that ever slowed them.
I am now running a dot com business and the most successful people in the business are women...once again. I think it is superior communication skills, lack of hidden agenda and multi tasking that plays a major role.
At www.liaisegroup.com I have assembled a powerful team, yet the most powerful/successful in the team are females. I actually know/personally a lady whi made $175K in one month in the EXACT same busies as mine. She is an exceptional lady.
