Starcasm.net aspires to fill a void – a void created by the lack of dedication and moral fortitude at other “respectable” news sites. We live by the words of Thomas Jefferson, who said, “The press is the best instrument for enlightening the mind of man, and improving him as a rational, moral and social being.”
We try to provide daily insight into the lives and minds of our generation’s greatest artists and charismatic leaders. We employ some of this country’s finest journalists whose high standards and unwillingness to compromise had hitherto left them unable to find meaningful employment.
Another unique aspect of starcasm.net is that we have a steadfast aversion to technology. If Thomas Jefferson didn’t have it, then we don’t want anything to do with it! That’s why we use professionally trained sketch artists instead of those “death of art” devices that are the weapons of choice for tourists and the aesthetically hebetudinous paparazzi.
You can sleep better knowing that starcasm.net is fighting the good fight for you. Thanks to our diligent heroes, Truth will be waiting for you on your office computer. Truth will be on your cell phone when you're waiting for the train. Truth will be completely forwardable. Probably the best gossip blog ever. The art adds a genuine feel and the comments are wry without trying to hard to be clever. The clever comes naturally to this one. Highly recommended and definitely a daily read for me.

OK, there's two things I love: MS Paint and good, sharp writing. Therefore, I love this blog. And I won't hide my love. I don't care if they say it's wrong for a woman to love a blog. What do they know? Can't they just leave us alone?
To wit, there's nothing as refreshing as a perspective on celebrity that's post-ironic but can still have fun. If you find Perez annoying, but you still need your fix, this is the place to be. And there are these cute boxes for comments with little stars on them so you feel special and your comment looks all pretty. What more could you ask for? Go go go.
