Considering the impact of the 2nd loan on a home, or a home equity loan, I appreciate the information and with it, I would like to find an answer to the question of what is the legal or secured position of 2nd loan compared to the 1st, especially when it sits at 125% of the value of the property.

I am looking for ideas.
