Tapestry™ - weaving threads of culture into success!
http://www.mbcglobal.org/blog.html
In developing teams and leaders it struck me that success depended on undersanding their cultures. We are all a blend of many cultures. Once I realized the role culture had played in making me who I am, I was able to better relate to others based on their cultures -- and develop growth programs for individuals and organizations that based on their culture. It is my hope this blog will be a reference for reliable information to help business leaders build bridges to employees and customers of any cultures with whom they choose to connect.
