In ancient societies, amphorae were used to store and transport nourishment. In many cases, their contents were preserved, giving future generations the ability to have a window into civilizations that have passed. The Amphora Project is put in place with these concepts in mind. I want to store my knowledge, my internal struggles, and my thoughts, and let those who wish it have passage to anything I place within.

It is because of the terrible things that we, as humans, do to one another that makes me ashamed that I am forced to toss myself into the collective. The war, the tragedy, the heartbreak, the deceit, the hate, the betrayal, and the selfishness that i...

If I were not human—perhaps something supernatural, something unheard of, or something that is only dreamt of in the minds of slumbering youth whose preconceived notions of what is possible has not yet been separated from that which is not—then m...

Our eyes catch in a single awkward moment as we pass through the hallway. No smiles, no waves, just a hollow good morning that you leave behind as you go on your way. The feigned politeness irks me because I know that I will match your mechanical dro...

I am human—I breathe and bleed the same as you. And like you, I have a heart. I have a soul that can only be pulled in so many directions at the same time before I wind up rending at every makeshift seam in my fallible conscience. You can try to sa...

Chris is an amazing writer -- not only is he a genius with words but he's passionate about the stories he writes and it really shows. It's almost impossible to not feel like you a part of his story while reading along -- there's so much detail and life in his words. I anticipate for his next work!

I encourage everyone to stop by his website and read some of his writing, you'll fall in love soon enough as I have.
