I want to share my duped experience with Al-Rai newspaper, who cheated our company. I paid for a quarter-page color advertisement that came out black and white!! After issuing a complaint, the supposed head person of Al-Rai would not give ANY compensation and implied "screw off event after acknowleding their profound mistake. Their own agent told me that many advertisers were cheated like this, not just us. There is no customer service. No sense of equaliy and respect. Al-Rai is too just "above" us.

Al-Rai - I hope you fall and eat the same dirt in which you shoved others down.
