The Blue Caper: Adventures in Self-Empowerment

The Blue Caper: Adventures in Self-Empowerment

http://bluecaper.blogspot.com

The Blue Caper is the blog of MPWR.Net creator Cassandra McFerson. What started out as a gimmick, ended up exposing the anxiety, doubts, and fears of not only running a business, but also of following a dream. Cassandra has elected to write about her experiences while following her dreams. There's a catch of course. Besides wearing the cape during promotional activities, she will wear the cape during random activities like jogging, shopping, and riding the bus. Since there is no obvious advertising on the cape (choice), she risks experiencing the judgments of others (a sort of kryptonite).

How far is she willing to go to show that everyday people are heroes even without capes? Will her efforts demonstrate that hopes, dreams, and aspirations are really worth the effort it takes to manifest them? You decide.

The BeginningI promise to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. I am seeking my ultimate truth, possibly, the ultimate truth. I am feeling apprehensive at the thought of being so revealing. It means revealing who I am in ways th...
