It is nice that there is a dedicated technical resource blog to D&D, I have never really played, but I appreciate the game and its creativity. Pretty soon with future virtual technology we will be able to live out Dungeons & Dragons and other worlds and adventures as we desire, indistinguishable with reality.

The Core Mechanic is destined to be one of the movers and shakers in the RPG Blogging community (if that status is truly not already attained).

Having initiated the RPG Blog Carnival [which is a cross-blog monthly event where a new blog hosts the carnival and provides topics for fellow bloggers to write about] was the beginning.

Jonathan has also compiled the Core Lists which are Google docs of D&D 4e Monsters & Terrain, Adventures, Rituals, & Templates (as well as a weapons PDF).

However, his most incredible undertaking is the upcoming Open Game Table: 2008 Anthology of Roleplaying Game Blogs. You must check it out!
