I, too, have found aleve to be the most effective of the OTC drugs. Of course, when it's a migraine or something serious, you need to take 2 or 3.

Migraines and chronic headaches are miserable. Every day I try to keep them from ruling (or ruining) my life. Some days it works. This blog is to share what I learn as I stumble along. From info about meds and triggers to getting out of bed and not blaming yourself -- and everything else headache sufferers should know but are in too much pain to ask. There's still hope!

My sister suggested this nasal spray called Sinus Buster I guess it got rid of her headache almost right away. I only get headaches when Im sick and really congested which isn't very often so I havent tried it myself but she loves the stuff!
