I am a Housing Counselor with a HUD approved housing counseling non-profit agency. A major part of my job his helping low income people get "mortgage-ready." Another major function is helping people avoid mortgage default. I see the stupid mistakes people make all the time. Financial literacy and money management skill are lacking in a great many people. Your site offers solid sound advice. I will be checking it often for information that I can share with my clients. This is a great site.
