The Flicker Project
http://theflickerproject.blogspot.com/
I watch a movie a day. I blog on here about the film, the issues it raises, and whether it's worth a minute of your goddamned time or not.
So far so simple. It's just a movie review site, right? Well, not exactly. After all, this is the blogosphere we're talking about, not the Hallmark Channel. Yes, you'll get a random selection of movie reviews, and yes, I'll give films a rating at the end of each blog. But I really don't care whether these flicks are classics, indie gems or made-for-TV garbage. What matters is whether they have a personal impact on me, on the particular day that I'm watching them. Beyond that, you're on your own.

Land Of The Lost (2009)
You have to wonder who the producers of Land Of The Lost thought their target audience was. This adaptation of the Seventies TV series takes what was originally a children's show and packs it with dick jokes and bad taste, thus ensuring that this gen...
Observe And Report (2009)
On the surface you may think that Observe And Report bears an uncanny resemblance to ugly goofball comedy Paul Blart: Mall Cop, but there's something much darker lurking beneath this mall-friendly exterior. While Paul Blart was all about cheap laughs...
Sugar (2008)
Baseball may not have won many fans overseas, but American cinema has already made damned sure that everyone is at least vaguely familiar with the rules of the country's favourite pastime. You can be pretty confident that your average Brit can't tell...
