You can do lots of things for frozen shoulder, but I found on my second side, that getting a cranial treatment, hot baths, hot massage cream, and leaving it alone, except to use it as much as I could was the best recipee. I just waited and did as little as possible to irritate it, yet always trying to keep any muscle tone that I could. My arm has almost a complete recovery and the first shoulder is complete in recovery. The last 12 months after the pain is gone is when you must be patient to get your rotation again. I gained another inch in one month. just be patient.
