The Kaos Effect was created in March 2007 by Marketer / Artist / Street Promoter Senor Kaos. With the help of a Not So Secret Society, referred too only as “The Commitee,” TKE’s coverage expanded and exclusives were spawned. In a years time the site became a go to place for exclusive video content, music downloads, and famous for the no holds bar commentary.
