the loose thread notebook

Some time ago i found myself writing emails about my difficulties in being alive to an egroup of people with depressive disorder and suicidal tendencies, problems which i share. At one point i thought that maybe some of my depressed writing would be no good to fellow members going trough the same problems, so i decided to follow someones examples and get a blog, a place where i can freely express myself and post whatever i find on any interest.
Today i'm not feeling particularly clear about my ideas, so i'll end this introduction this way, simply telling you who i am. A 29 years old boy who sometimes feels like a loose thread.
